Actually this house has 2 balconies so that you can follow the sun through the day whilst looking up your garden and enjoying the seclusion. Located in this up-and-coming village, with good road access it`s a practical, useable choice and not just a pipe-dream. Prices are still very reasonable here, but being within 100km of a European Capital, it`s a proper investment, but you probably won`t ever want to sell ;)

The house is in solid condition, with 3 large rooms upstairs from a big central hallway. In one room you can see up to the roof and a small amount of rain damage from displaced tiles, but nothing major.
